Carolyn is the founder and director of Disciples Fellowship International Outreach and Prison Ministries, established in1981. Her husband John Daniels is a motorcycle ministry evangelist. They are the founders and organizers of Thunder in the Mountains annual bike rally's. John is the founder and coordinator of Resurrection Riders MM in WV. The ministry is focused on bikers uniting from WV churches to serve the and to win souls to Christ. They reside in Raleigh County and are the parents of Dana (Williams) Christian and Jesse Daniels. They attend Freedom Ministries Daniels, West Virginia, where they are  functioning in the office of outreach ministries such as street/ prison/motorcycle . They are credentialed through the United Christian Church in Cleveland, Tennessee and are certified as Associate Community Service Chaplains with the Church of God. Carolyn and John both come from backgrounds of domestic abuse and grew up in alcoholic environments. They excel in mercy and compassion in dealing with the lost and hurting. Carolyn's favorite scripure verse is Isaiah 61:1-3...:Proclaiming liberty to the captives."

Carolyn became pregnant and was married at the young age of 15. During that same year, she was diagnosed with juvenile diabetes, and an ulcer; her newborn son died at two days old and her former husband was sentenced to prison. She began her journey towards ministry at the age of seventeen, following God's intervention in an attempted suicide, two near death experiences and a supernatural healing of diabetes. It was in 1981 that the Holy Spirit directed her to take the message of deliverance, healing and hope to those in prison and to comfort them with the same comfort that He had comforted her with.

John was born premature before being fully developed. The physicians said that he would never live. His grandmother kept him alive through prayer and carrying him around on a pillow with a hot water bottle to regulate his body temperature. He had another  close call with death at the age of nine when he was diagnosed with hepatitis. The doctors took him out of school and assigned him to bed rest for at least a year. He talked his grandparents into taking him to a local tent revival where H. Richard Hall prayed for him. He was healed that night and a prophecy was spoken to him that he would be a man of vision. His family moved to Chicago when he was ten. He was a small, sickly child and had to learn to fight to survive. (You would never know that now because he is a big man and everybody calls him "BIG JOHN." He is a big man with a great big heart. ) He became a gang member and lived a life of alcohol, bars, fighting and women. He only had a 2nd grade reading level as a result of the lifestyle that he grew up in. He hired a private tutor, studied hard and received his GED at the age of 40. After several failed marriages, many near death experiences and run in's with the law, John gave his life to the Lord and moved back to West Virginia, where he met and married Carolyn. His life on the streets and in gangs, along with his Christian discipleship and faith in God, has equipped him to enter the ministry of biker evangelist : Matthew 11:28-30  "Come unto Me, all you that labor and are heavy burdened, and I will give you rest....................."HE HAS FOUND THAT REST IN JESUS CHRIST!
